Ice Cream for Breakfast?

Will asked for ice cream for breakfast this morning...he would eat ice cream every meal of the day if I let him, I'm sure. So instead of shooting his idea down, I said okay! And thanked heavens for the Pinterest idea I'd seen last night.

Behold, ice cream, for breakfast!

He wasn't thrilled with my rendition of ice cream for breakfast, but he did eat it (begrudgingly) ;) That green stuff? It's applesauce. He was getting bored with regular applesauce, so I started putting sprinkles on it. A few days ago he told me he wanted red applesauce. Not sure where that one came from, but a drop of red food coloring later, he was happy :)
