Cute Sayings

Because I don't want to forget these...

- While eating a Clif Kids bar today... "Mmmm! This is delicious!" (prounounced as de-wish-ous)
- "Mommy, you have yum (gum) in your mouth?"
- Frustrated that something wasn't working..."Oh, it needs batteries!" (...it didn't take batteries ;))
- In the car..."Its a red light! You have to stop now!"
- "I has a question for you!" (...and then he never actually asks a question!)
- "It sounds like a pizza (or other random object)." (what he really means is it LOOKS like that object!)
- Looking at a long-haired cow in his farm book..."Oh, he needs a haircut!"
- "Holy tow!" (holy cow...yeah, I say that one a lot!)
- When he wants us to do something..."You don't have a choice!" (you guessed it, we say this to him a lot, haha!)
- "Oh! I have a great idea! Let's play choo-choos!"

He still twirls his hair when he's tired. He still loves his paci (and I have no plans to do anything about that anytime soon). He's wearing 3T shirts and bottoms (as long as I cinch the waist up as much as they'll go...love adjustable waist pants!). He loves trains. He has Brown Bear, Brown Bear What Do You See? memorized. He loves the dogs, especially Riley. He loves to play outside. He'll pee in the potty as long as he doesn't have a diaper on (so he frequently goes bottom-less in the afternoons). He still calls my dad Grandpapa (sorry dad, I don't think that one's going away anytime soon!) and if he's being particularly silly, he'll call my mom Grandmama (though most of the time she's just Gram). He loves to wrestle on the bed and get "baby slams." He hates hot food and prefers to have it "cooled off" when he eats it. He likes to eat "cold hot dogs" and requests them daily, along with strawberries with sugar. He loves to pretend he's asleep when we pull into the garage, complete with fake snoring. He loves to get tickles. He loves to play with his whales in the bathtub.

Getting ready to have "rest time" and watch Ice Age.

Can't believe he's 2 1/2!
